 James W. Michel, P.E., Vice President of Condon Michel Consulting Engineers, P.C. located in New Lenox, Illinois, oversees all operations in the firm’s Will County office, which opened in January 2001. Mr. Michel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana and a Masters in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in the states of Illinois and Indiana. Mr. Michel's background includes engineering work on projects for Lucas Films, Ltd., Village of New Lenox, Will County Department of Highways, and several developers including Lincoln-Way Partners, Inc.
 Christopher L. Schmitt, P.E., Vice President of Engineering has over 14 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. Mr. Schmitt oversees all of the engineering services for the company in the McHenry County office. Mr. Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Illinois.
